Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of CrestPro Cypress Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

CrestPro Cypress Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided through written estimates and is valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

For ongoing maintenance services, payment is typically due upon completion of service. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to honor scheduled appointments. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather conditions may occasionally require us to reschedule your service. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes ensuring pets are secured, sprinkler systems are marked if underground, and any obstacles or hazards are communicated to us in advance.

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, cables, or pipes before we begin work. We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground features.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant material typically comes with a 30-day guarantee, provided you follow our recommended care instructions. Hardscape installations are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year.

Natural events such as extreme weather, pests, or disease are beyond our control and are not covered under our guarantees.

Liability Limitations

While we maintain appropriate insurance and take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and materials created by CrestPro Cypress Landscaping remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or share our designs without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
